At HPCrystal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Please review the details below to ensure your return process goes smoothly.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of damage.
  
• Custom-made or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team via message or email at hpcrystal86@gmail.com to initiate a return request. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order once your refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items
