- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of damage.
- Custom-made or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
